Dave Conley

co-host and producer

Dave Conley is a technology pioneer and entrepreneur dedicated to driving positive change in America. As one of AOL's youngest executives, he helped shape the early internet with a mission to transform the world. This commitment and a JFK inspiration for public service led him to a senior executive leadership role with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he fostered innovation during the 2008 financial crisis while simultaneously earning a Master's of Science in Business.

Dave then co-founded a technology accelerator, launching ventures across various sectors. A personal transformation became the catalyst for his next chapter, inspiring him to lose over 150 pounds and become a wellness coach helping senior executives transform their lives. This journey led to public speaking engagements and an (as yet!) unpublished book on personal growth and navigating midlife.

Returning to entrepreneurship and passion for social impact, Dave transitioned into social impact venture capital and later partnered in a philanthropic startup. Now, continuing his lifelong dedication to public service, doing good, and changing the world, Dave co-hosts "Solving America's Problems," a podcast seeking positive conversations and amazing solutions to building a better America.
